Simple 4903-9418 Wall Mount Audible/Visible Notification Appliances with Efficient Electronic Horn and High Output Xenon Strobe Simple Type: Accessory
For applications requiring audible/visible notification with horn tones, this Simplex 4903 series appliance combines a high intensity strobe with a low current electronic horn in a compact package that is easy and quick to install. The horn provides a loud and penetrating, harmonically rich sound suitable for either coded or steady operation as determined by the selected SmartSync mode.

Features
- “On-until-silenced” and “on-until-reset” operation on the same two-wire pair
- Class A (Style Z) operation is supported by using the 4905-9938 SCM
- Class B (Style Y) operation requires connection to a compatible Simplex SmartSync NAC or to SmartSync Control Module (SCM) 4905-9938
- Easily mounts to single gang, double gang, or 4-inch square outlet box
- Horn control that can be selected to be temporal coded, march time coded, or on continuously
- Horns that are controlled separately from strobes on the same two-wire circuit
- Optional mounting adapters are available to cover surface mounted electrical boxes and to adapt to Simplex 2975-9145 boxes
- Optional UL listed red wire guard is available for semi-flush or surface mounting
- Rear of housing assembly does not extend into box
- Rugged, high impact, flame retardant thermoplastic housing
- Strobe appliances on the same circuit operating at a synchronized 1 Hz flash rate
